The P-200NL LegendPress no lead full port ball valve offers the same reliability as our 1001-series ball valves but in a press-to-connect configuration. It features the Viton® dual o-ring stem design, complete with a tamper-evident locking seal, integrated press ends, and extra-deep tube sockets with two EPDM o-rings to assure the seal. The P-200NL also features a corrosion-resistant Dacromet®-coated handle, TFM®-PTFE seats, and a scale-resistant chrome-plated ball.

SpiderMesh panels provide a low-thickness solution to hold tube in place for thin slab applications. The perforated trample-resistant mesh allows them to be installed over existing subfloors, sand, cement, and self-leveling substrates. SpiderMesh’s self-adhesive backing and interlocking tabs ensure stability and prevent sliding while tube is being run. The adhesive is super strong, allowing these panels to be used in upward-flow vertical installations. The patented geometric grid securely holds tube in place, eliminating the need for clips, staples, and ties. Compatible with 1/2 inch heating tube, SpiderMesh is an excellent solution for commercial and residential radiant applications.

The P-550NL no lead frost-free sillcock features a LegendPress end connection, patented Softouch™ handle, and an extended bonnet for ease of use. These sillcocks are designed with an oversized angle mounting flange that covers enlarged or over-drilled sill holes and a 5˚ pitch for proper drainage. Additionally, smooth quarter-turn operation and durable dual ceramic discs ensure an easy and positive shutoff.

The T-715 large port stainless steel ball valve features a heavy-duty two-piece cast body, a bottom-loaded blowout-proof stem, and a latch-lock handle, making it an ideal choice for commercial and industrial applications. The glass-fiber reinforced graphite seats are designed to withstand high-pressure service applications, while the Teflon® thrust washer ensures smooth actuation. The T-715 has integral tapped mounting pads for actuator or panel attachment.

• CUT the PE-RT or PEX tube straight and square and validate the cut with the SquareBuddy.

• INSERT the tube into the SmartClick connector and push–there’s no need to mark insertion depth.

• When you hear a CLICK, that means the spring steel clamp has snapped closed, indicating that a secure connection has been made.

The polycarbonate sight glass on all SmartClick fittings provides an easy way to visually validate the connection. If you heard the click and the red wedge has been displaced, the clamp is activated, and the fitting has successfully created a watertight seal.

HyperPure® is made using Dow’s HyperTherm™ bimodal PE-RT resin. Unlike other commonly used PE-RT resins used in tube, when heated, HyperTherm, weaves together long and short chains of molecules without permanent alteration. The end result is a strong and flexible material that can be fused and recycled.
